Technical Audit

Format: 2–3 weeks, fixed price.

A clear answer to "is our development OK?" We review the architecture, code quality, delivery speed and team skills.

You get: a written report in plain language, a list of risks ranked by severity, prioritized fixes, and a debrief call.

Part-time CTO & Architect

Format: monthly, billed by the hour. Scale it up or down as you need.

No CTO yet? We fill the role: technical strategy, key decisions, and guiding the team. Have a CTO buried in strategy? We become their right hand and take over the architecture: designs, code reviews, guiding developers, interviewing candidates, keeping vendors in check.

You get: a senior architect on call, regular syncs with your team, reviewed designs and code, and every key decision written down.

Design & Delivery Plan

Format: per project.

From idea to a plan your team can execute. We write high- and low-level designs and specs precise enough for developers, and AI agents, to build from, and for team leads to check the result against. Then we break the work into tasks with estimates and a timeline.

You get: design docs, a task breakdown, estimates, a Gantt timeline and the total cost, so you can decide if it's worth building.

Process Review

Format: 1–2 weeks, fixed price.

Find out where the time and money go. We map who does what, where handoffs break, who's overloaded and what's missing, then recommend a leaner setup.

You get: a map of your current process, the bottlenecks, and a concrete list of changes.

Infrastructure & DevOps

Format: per project or monthly.

Together with our DevOps partners: servers, cloud, deployments, monitoring and costs. We audit, plan and fix.

You get: an infrastructure review, a cost breakdown, and a plan or hands-on fixes.
